Graduate Training Programme:

We operate in the field of business process outsourcing BPO and we are a leader in procurement and indirect materials handling.
We are looking for robust, driven, energetic individuals to join the our very own Graduate Training Programme. This is a variable work experience programme whereby you will be exposed to many different aspects of the business during the 5 year's
First 3 years of the training programme £20,000
3 years into the scheme: £35,000
On completion: £45,000
The programme contains the following areas of development:
- Expediting and Inventory Control - 9 months
- Accounts Payable - 9 months
- Stores Management - 9 months
- Implementation - 9 months
- Client Relationship Executive /Supplier Relationship Executive (first management position) - 2 years
On successful completion of our Training Programme, you will secure your first Client management position in the role of Client Relationship Executive and continue in your professional development to build the perfect foundation for a potential transition into the role of Client Relationship Manager, whereby you will be responsible for building and maintaining cohesive relationships with our Clients and key personnel.
If you are a Graduate who has successfully studied and achieved a 2:1 in Business and Management, Accountancy, Economics, Mathematics, Law or any other relevant business degree(s), or alternatively a language degree and have significant business experience. You must have a strong desire to continue to learn and develop, whilst maintaining resilience in conditions which present challenges along the way.
Our head office is based in Warrington, however you will need to be fully mobile for this role therefore a full driving licence is required for the role
