Originally founded and managed by lawyers with extensive experience in private practice with prominent international law firms; Our client is now looking for the next generation of law graduates to join them as a legal head-hunters. Our client specialises in Search, Recruitment and Strategic Services. Recruiting for In-House, Private Practice and International Positions. Having a passion for the Law as well as sales is crucial for this role, our clients are looking for future leaders within their London based recruitment firm.
In order to be consider for the role, the following attributes are necessary;
- 2:1 from a Top 50 UK University
- Ability to show resilience
- Strong communication skills
- B2B/B2C Sales experience (Preferable)
- GDL/LPC/Law Background/Vacation Schemes/Pupillage
In return you will receive the following benefits;
- Great Basic Salary - £23,000
- OTE £30,000 - £40,000

As a graduate recruitment consultant your role will be as followed; for the first three months you will begin as a researcher. Headhunting and responding to potential candidates for In-House, Private Practice and international positions. Working alongside consultant to resource the best candidates for their clients. Due to the fast track nature of this position, after three months of being a researcher you will progress to a consultant’s position. This involves actively searching for new clients through numerous avenues, including cold calling.
