About the Role:
This is the ideal role for a hard-working graduate who has an interest in education and is keen to build on their experience prior to making a decision about your career path.
You will have the opportunity to support 1:1 intervention sessions and observe outstanding teaching, whilst assisting the class teacher to deliver exciting and practical maths objectives from KS3 through to KS5.
This role will see you develop the confidence and knowledge to take on more responsibility as the year goes on, if you wish to do so. With strong support and excellent training you will have a superb insight in to this wonderful Maths department and the day-to-day running of a busy, vibrant school.
This popular secondary school has an exciting opportunity for a graduate, with a strong ability in Maths, to inspire young people to find a love for maths. Ideally, this role is suited to somebody who is looking to gain experience within a secondary school, with the anticipation of potentially becoming a Teacher in the future.
This school will consider other degree disciplines if you have a strong Maths A-Level or other relevant subjects. You should have effective communication skills, who can adapt to the needs, interests and abilities of a variety of students and should be able to work flexibly throughout the department to ensure the best outcomes are achieved.
