This role is primarily focused on the research and identification of land ownerships for nationally significant infrastructure projects.
You will ensure that our system data is maintained, consistently accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for data integrity and receiving and verifying land ownership data and inputting accurately onto various systems.
You will also be required to manipulate, interrogate and report on the information we hold, to ensure that we have a verified and current understanding of any information which may affect our client’s apparatus. Coupled with this, you may be expected to prepare statutory requisitions for information, notices, plans and liaise with property owners and occupiers to ascertain detailed tenure information. This may include undertaking enquiries with HM Land Registry and co-ordinating and attending meetings with field based colleagues.
There will also be a requirement to produce and issue bulk mailings and track return information to guarantee that key performance indicators are met and project delivery is within pre-determined timescales.
We are looking for an individual with a degree in real estate, geography, planning or environmental science to join our team who can deliver:

- Excellent attention to detail
- First-rate verbal and written communication ability
- Great team focus, with a proactive and motivated outlook
Experience of GIS Mapping, database maintenance and an understanding of GDPR would all be highly beneficial.
