Remuneration: £25,000 + £7,000 - £10,000 OTE

The role of the Graduate / Junior Sales Executive - Fixings & Anchors will involve:

• Sales executive position, selling a high quality manufactured range of fixings, anchors and consumable products
• All of your time will be spent selling directly to construction companies, main contractors and sub-contractors
• Maybe a little bit of specification sales work dealing with contractors, engineers and architects
• Will be expected to generate new business
• Will be targeted on KPIs relating to activity and the on growth of the team
• Will spend a large portion of your time on site
• Dealing with a wide range of order values depending on products and project sizes

The ideal applicant will be Graduate / Junior Sales Executive - Fixings & Anchors with:

• Must be a graduate looking to step into field sales ideally with a qualification in structural engineering, civil engineering or mechanical engineering however would consider other qualifications if you have the technical capabilities i.e. sciences, mathematics, business management etc
• Would consider a junior sales rep / internal sales executive with technical capabilities
• Ideally come from a construction field sales background selling a technical related product such as: fixings, anchors, consumable products, fastenings, diamond cutting etc (not essential)
• Fantastic chance to progress within a growing business
• Must be a good communicator and computer skills
• A hungry go-getter who is eager to exceed targets and maximise profit
