It is essential that the Graduate / Junior Building Surveyor has a relevant degree and completing APC. Graduate / Junior Building Surveyor Position Overview
- Be able to negotiate dilapidations
- assess and design buildings to meet the people's needs
- advise on energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction
- follow health and safety regulations and company legislations at all times
Graduate / Junior Building Surveyor Position Requirements
- degree qualified in building surveying
- working towards charteredship / APC
- highly motivated
- ability to work under pressure
