The role of the Graduate Internal Sales Executive is to sell to the B2B market over the telephone, to existing and potential clients using a smart selling approach.
- Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
- Making outbound calls per day to new and existing customers
- Updating records on their internal sales system
- Compiling weekly sales report
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
Experience & Skills
- Recent Graduate - highly motivated with a real desire to develop a career in sales
- Must be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
In return they are offering a basic salary from £18,000 to £20,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, on target earnings are in the region of £30,000. Their top performers are earning in excess of £45,000 per annum.
Working office hours Monday - Friday with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
