Our client can achieve dynamic, flexible and affordable buildings that are tailored precisely to the needs of each customer. Therefore modular buildings can go places and do things that conventional construction techniques simply cannot and because of precision engineering and advanced insulation, this makes them comfortable and economical to run while modular construction leaves endless scope in the design process.
The modular buildings are manufactured in their factory facility in Strabane County Tyrone. They have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Interior Designer to join them who will be responsible for the interior design for current and prospective projects.
Research into suitable interior concepts for future projects.
Put together concept pack and mood boards for projects.
Use SketchUp or similar tools to visualise the interior concept.
Explore layout designs to enhance flow and space.
Kitchen and bathroom design.
Fitted joinery design.
On-site management of deliveries and checking the quality of products arrived.
Measure and source fixture and fittings.
Source and purchase furniture and soft furnishings.
Assist on completion/styling days.
Support in any drawings needed for planning permission for projects.
Qualifications / Experience:
Trained in the foundations of interior design, ideally an interior design degree graduate.
Sufficient in Photoshop, SketchUp or similar packages.
Work well independently.
Fully qualified driver and access to a vehicle
