Salary: £25,000 (£50k OTE)

Graduate Inside Sales Executive:
As a Graduate Inside Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to develop and grow within the German market-place. As a fluent German speaker you will liaise closely with the Sales Director situated in the German office, working together to chase leads and build a pipeline of new opportunities. Through identifying potential new business across the UK and in Europe, you will help the organisation to grow on an international level.
Up on joining the company you will receive external and internal product training which will increase your skill set in this B2B role.
If you prove yourself progression is limitless. Continued success could see you progress into field sales or even into a senior sales position. Over the last 12 months the company has hired 100 new employees- positions created by business growth. The rapid rate this company is developing means that new roles become available frequently, providing you with plenty of opportunity.
This consultative role will require you to communicate with senior level individuals and travel internationally across Europe and the US.
- Generate leads through outbound calling on marketing-generated and inbound leads
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of business’ product line and value proposition
- Work with field sales force to implement sales strategies
- Networking and build key business relationships
- Display a high level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment and professionalism
- Essential: Educated to degree level
- Must speak fluent German
