Graduate Infrastructure Engineer

About the Company

Bored of just being a number within a consultancy? Fancy working for an award-winning team, based in a vibrant office based on the edge of Exeter?

This is an exciting chance to build partnerships; be it with clients, co-professionals or fellow team members. My client sees these partnerships as the base to a successful and sustainable business.

The company has been established for just under 5 years and has seen considerable growth in that time. Having started with 7 people so they can now boast one of the largest infrastructure design teams in the region.

This role will suit someone who is looking to develop their career, by taking on more responsibility than many multi-disciplinary consultancies can offer.

About the Role

You can expect to be working on a number of projects at any given time. You will report to, and be mentored by, one of the management team, all of whom are Chartered Civil Engineers or working towards Chartership and will help you to progress to that status within time under an approved ICE Training Agreement.

About you

Ideally you will have a BEng or MEng Civil Engineering degree with at least 18 months experience within a consultancy or house builder environment. Working experience of WinDes, PDS or Civil 3D would be preferred along with a sound knowledge of AutoCAD, but full training will be given.

What you get in return

Good competitive salary
10% bonus
25 days holidays
Excellent pension
Gym membership
ICE Training Agreement
Away days (previous weekends have included Barcelona and Dublin!)
Paid professional membership
