A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a recent Finance or Economics Graduate to join a market leading trading business based in the City. This is an entry level, trainee opportunity to join an established and dynamic global Trading Services team.

As a trainee, your role will be to help deliver world-class and industry leading support to this organisations Dutch, French and UK client base. To be suitable, you will have a passion for providing excellent service will have an interest in learning more about financial markets. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.

Please note - Fluency in Dutch, French and English (both verbal and written) is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing front line support to clients across phone, email, web chat and social media
Answering queries from our Dutch, French and UK client base on all products and platforms
Providing an execution-only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support)
Resolving trade disputes
Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages
Proactively conversing with our clients about financial markets and our latest innovations
Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks

The salary on offer for this Graduate Financial Trader is £34,000 plus bonus and additional benefits.
