The Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job:


- A 360 graduate recruitment consultant role which begins with thorough and comprehensive training covering the recruitment lifecycle, your market and general business acumen
- You will liaise regularly with both candidates and clients
- Your will advertise roles and network with professionals to build a database of candidates
- Working in temporary/contract recruitment ensures you have the opportunity to earn exceptional commission in a very fast paced environment
- You will support your team members as they will support you
- Your progression will be based on merit as will your earnings. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant this will be exceptional.
