We are looking for Graduate Finance and Accounting Trainee to join my clients Accounts Payable team based in Norwich. Full training is provided for a proactive individual with an accounting, finance or mathematical based degree in order to process large volumes of invoice and financial data in a timely and accurate basis.

Graduate Finance and Accounting Trainee duties and responsibilities;
- In this role, you'll manage all incoming finance mail and invoicing queries, as well as performing finance administrative tasks such as document management and data entry.
- You will be processing invoices, doing monthly reconciliations and reporting
- You will ensure data is reviewed and discrepancies rectified on a timely basis.
- To be successful in this role, you'll already have a proactive approach to all duties undertaken, ensuring that any concerns raised from internal or external sources are satisfactorily resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In this Graduate Finance and Accounting Trainee role you will have a demonstrable commitment to achieving customer service excellence for finance related queries, together with strong communication skills (both verbal and written). You'll have excellent organisation and time management skills, along with GCSE's in Maths and English at grade C or above.
As you will be dealing with lots of data, an acute attention to detail and strong investigatory skills are essential in this role. You will also have excellent IT skills specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Financial databases.
