Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, no two days will be the same. You’ll be involved in a wide range of exciting tasks, including:
- Building Client Relationships: Establish strong connections with senior executives and key decision-makers, helping them find the talent they need to succeed.
- Sourcing Top Talent: Identify and attract talented executives for leadership positions across various industries.
- Managing the Search Process: Support senior consultants in managing the executive search process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and managing client expectations.
- Advertise Roles and Market Research: Use job boards, LinkedIn, and industry research to attract top candidates and stay ahead of market trends.
- Drive Results & Earn Commission: As you progress, you’ll take on more responsibility in closing deals and earning uncapped commission on your placements.
