The Engineering Graduate role
You'll be a part of the project team, reporting to the Package Engineer responsible for providing assistance and technical support to the team, implementing the design information throughout both the pre-construction and construction phases of the project.
You'll assist with the coordination and management of sub-contractors seeking practical solutions and potential improvements in our process that will support the objective of Build Sure.
The role will;
- Be a structured Graduate development programme and support you in working towards chartered status
- Build up your experience on complex and high-profile projects
- Enable you to learn from some of the industry's most skilled professionals
- Allow you to tackle difficult challenges that stretch and strengthen your skills
- A degree or Masters in a relevant qualification
- Work experience, ideally in the discipline of interest
- A passion for problem solving
- Eligible to work in the UK
- A full driving licence
