Rare and exciting role on offer for an enthusiastic and ambitious Graduate Engineer looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will work directly with the technical director and be succession planned to Senior Management roles.
Are you degree educated in Mechanical Engineering within a cooling / thermodynamics / plastic moulding / air flow environment? Are you looking for a varied role where you will undergo specialist training and progress into management?
This company are the world's largest in their industry and they design and manufacture their products across 4 continents worldwide. They employ over 10,000 employees worldwide and have a great reputation across many industries that is built on the quality of their engineers and products they supply. They have recently acquired two of their main competitors and are now looking to grow the business further. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are now looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate Engineer they can train and develop.
In this role you will report directly to the Technical Director and act as his 'under study' where he will train, develop and nurture you to become a highly skilled engineer and eventually give you an opportunity to progress. This is a varied role where you will run projects from start to finish which will include the design of air handling and movement products.
This exciting role would therefore ideally suit a Graduate Engineer who is enthusiastic to learn, ambitious and able to use their own initiative and looking to work for a well-established, exciting and growing manufacturing company.
