The desired candidate will have meaningful experience in several supply chain functional roles, be customer focused, in the detail, and excited to participate in the provision of a leading supply chain solution for the business. This role will perfectly suit a recent graduate with an interest in supply chain management who have 1 to 3 years work experience (preferably) and want to be part of an exciting and dynamic team with significant opportunities for progression.

Location - Crawley

Salary - Negotiable dependant on experience.

The roles and responsibilities of this role will be -

Inventory and obsolescence management

New part introduction demand management and engineering change management..

Cross functional project involvement and management.

Product availability & forecast accuracy improvement.

Monitor and feedback on market performance. Track warehouse usage frequency and costs associated with operating locations.

Maintain all designated process maps, work instructions and documents relevant to the job. Accurately compose & publish updates on availability for the field.

Review and interpret field support material to mitigate risk to the logistics function

Understanding of market operational costs and work to address inefficiencies

The ideal candidate for the role will have -

Well-developed range of interpersonal and communication skills

Team player, takes a flexible approach to own role within the team and works effectively with a variety of different groups, employees and managers.

A high degree of diplomacy and the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks

Capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations, implement process changes and work with limited guidance.

Enthusiastic and an interest in project work

Drive improvements in demand planning process including system solutions and rollouts.

Required skills
