A rapidly expanding cloud based software company is looking for a permanent Graduate Customer Service Consultant.

Key responsibilities as follows

Collecting portfolio information to set new customers accounts up

Training our new customers to ensure that they are using the software to it’s full potential and running their businesses successfully.

Managing customer expectations throughout this process

Providing general product support when required

Essential Skills

Some experience of working in cutomer service is not essential

Must be a recent graduate with limited experience who wants to work in a fast growing software comoany

Enjoys problem solving

Self-management and organisation

Good team player

Enjoys working with people to transform their business

An attitude to take on ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment
