Graduate Customer Service Advisor

This role is working for a reputable SME based in Bilborough, Nottingham.

This role requires a graduate, preferably with Customer Service experience. The role requires the individual to provide technical support to customers over the phone. An autonomous self-starter would make an ideal candidate for the position.

There would be some independent learning initially. The role is a non-scripted technical support position, so a great opportunity for someone looking to get into that line of work.

The role is initially temporary, with the option of going permanent.

Hours of work are 9-6 Monday-Friday with individuals being required to work one Saturday in three.

Circa £18k.
