About the Cover Supervisor position:
**Immediate start - Part-time role.
**Little marking and planning.
**Flexible hours suited to your needs.
**Excellent pay scale.
**'Good' Ofsted rating 2016.
**Could become permanent depending on experience and success of the Cover Supervisor.
The Cover Supervisor will:
**Be confident to cover lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 & 5.
**Have excellent organisational skills.
**Drive and determination for class participation.
**High expectations of pupil achievement and development.
**Be reliable and punctual as an example.
**Have great communication skills, with both pupils and staff.
To be Eligible the Cover Supervisor must:
**Have a minimum of 6 months experience as a Cover Supervisor.
**Be able to provide two professional references to cover the last two years of employment.
**Provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK
**Hold and Enhanced DBS certificate that is registered with the update service, or be willing to complete one.
