My client, one of London’s leading media firms, is currently looking to hire an ambitious and entrepreneurial graduate to work on a portfolio of cutting edge business events. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with an excellent academic record looking to get into research-based role with an established company with excellent potential to develop. Conference Production consists of research and developing content for international business events. As the driving force behind the agenda, you will work closely alongside sales and marketing teams to ensure your event is relevant and commercially viable. International travel (recent destinations include New York, California and Berlin) is an expectation.

Responsibilities:

• Creating market leading agendas, researching (by phone and face to face) and inviting industry leading speakers to participate

• Liaising with other departments (Sponsorship and Delegate Sales, Marketing, and Administration) to ensure that your event is a commercial success

• To prepare all materials to strict deadlines, making sure all information is accurate and commercially appealing Requirements:

• An exceptional record (2:1 degree is a minimum requirement)

• Superb command of both written and spoken English

• Strong research and analytical skills

• Demonstrable commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 1 year’s experience of working in a commercial environment (ideal)
