My client is a rapidly growing SAAS platform who provide a unique and cost-effective way for the hospitality trade to connect with temporary workers. This tool cuts out the need to use recruiters and means that shifts can filled quickly and effectively, with the shift workers earning more money. The business has some serious investors from the online market space and have achieved 300% profit growth this year. They've 4 offices in the UK and are continually expanding.

Graduate Client Service Executive

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied workload dealing with workers and client issues and having to prioritise this changing workload
  • Helping to ensure that the right workers are matched with the right shifts
  • Working in a deadline driven environment to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded
  • Running group workshops to ensure that all potential workers have the required skills to complete their duties
  • Perfect your telephone technique and grow into a more senior role in this rapidly evolving business
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Your profile:

To be considered for this role it is essential that you are articulate, intelligent and capable of speaking to luxury brands within hospitality and tourism. The ideal Graduate client Services Executive will be passionate about improving the hospitality sector and be able to be passionate about the this disruptive platform. You will need to be well organised and capable of managing a fast-paced role. You will be methodical, capable of prioritising a varied work load and excited at the prospect of working in a vibrant tech company.
