Celsius Graduate Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Development Representative to join an exciting SAAS start-up based in London. Our client is in a stage of exponential growth, and had a revenue increase of 8000% in 2017- this a fantastic time to join this organisation whose Head of Sales was voted in the Top 50 SaaS Sales Leaders in the UK.

Our client’s data solutions use machine learning and advanced computer engineering to integrate with CRM systems and ensure all their customer data is updated in real time, allowing sales and marketing departments to focus their strategies and streamline their research to find the right targets to sell their products to. Our client are looking for energetic, confident and sociable people who are eager to learn and want to work for an exciting start-up and develop a career with a company who promote everyone from within.

The ideal candidate will be money-driven, motivated, and resilient with a self-starter attitude. Only those who have a consistent record of being high-achievers will be considered for the position, previous experience in target-driven roles will be beneficial, but not essential. Our client will offer the successful candidate a fantastic financial package for somebody with such little experience, and with the rate this company is growing, there is huge scope for progression for those who hit their targets- including management opportunities and even the potential of equity.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to drive new business through phone-based activity, social selling, attending events and networking. You will be required to create opportunities and book meetings through your own means as well as providing feedback on the market to the company. This is a company where you will have a voice, and your opinions and ideas will be taken on board.
