Graduate Business Development - Community Analyst
Harmonic get great people and great organisations to work in tune together. And following a bumper start to 2021, we're looking for two talented people to help us expand our reach into exciting new markets in Manchester and across the North West.
As one of our new Community Analysts for Spring/Summer 2021, we're offering you the opportunity to shape the direction of one of Manchester's most exciting start-ups. You'll be amongst the coolest, most creative workplaces in the city, surrounded by cutting edge independent shops, live music venues, international restaurants, a lively bar scene and access to arts & culture.
Harmonic supply the finance, operations and legal professionals who make our clients brilliant. We work with some of the most exciting organisations in Europe, ranging from ground-breaking technology start-ups (Fintech, Software, AI, Robotics, Electronics, BioTech). The recurring theme across our customers is 'non-corporate' businesses: if a company aren't innovative and values-driven, then they aren't the right fit for us.
Led by Charlie Walker, the youngest-ever recipient of the prestigious Recruitment International 'Entrepreneur of the Year Award'. He and his co-founder Fin Glanvill are passionate about operating working cultures where values underpin everything. And where colleagues are rewarded for what they have contributed to the growth of the business. Their intention is for the senior management team of 2023 to be 90% comprised of former Community Analysts.
Our values are at the core of what we do and following a challenging year for everyone in 2020 we have doubled down on our commitment to the wider community and commitment to giving our people the support they need inside and outside of the world of work.

Our insta will help to fill in the gaps here!
We have achieved some exceptional growth in the last 4 years scaling at circa 100% per annum which has been driven by our team of incredibly ambitious Community Analysts resulting in the creation of multiple new leaders and managers in as little as 18 months after joining!
