Venatrix is working with a media monitoring company that uses big data analytics to help its clients track how effective their PR is. In this internet age, media monitoring is an industry that's full of promise, and this is reflected in the company's funding and growth figures- it's one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in the world! Now, they're looking for two Graduate Business Development Associates to build careers in this exciting industry.
The Role, Training and Progression
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work hard, see results and make big wins- your target will be to generate $1 million in your first year! At this company, you'll have a soft introduction to Sales: your main job will be to generate well qualified meetings for the senior Sales team, and you'll do this entirely by responding to inbound leads- this means no cold calling. You'll receive lots of training, both formally and on-the-job, and your path to progression is clear: the company wants to see you promoted into a full Sales position within 12-16 months.
The company culture is one of winning, and doing whatever it takes to close deals and be the best in their industry. They work hard, but also celebrate their wins- their offices are AMAZING, and the company atmosphere is young and fun. This job's got an amazing list of perks, including a MacBook Pro, a pension, stock options and private healthcare- all on top of the usual team dinners and drinks.
We're looking for a graduate who's serious about their career and hungry for success. You should be smart, with a proven record of achievement. You should be articulate, and a 'people' person. And most of all, you should be excited to learn a lot and work really hard to thrive in a role that will be as rewarding as it is challenging!
This exciting opportunity is likely to be in high demand- if you're serious about success, send us your CV to apply today!
