What will you be doing?
Upon joining the business, you will be involved in a comprehensive training programme, where you will get to experience working in various departments. These include customer service, administration, accounts and purchasing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries
- Handling telephone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Working closely with the Office Manager in order to keep the business running smoothly
- Maintaining the filing system
- Sending and handling client invoices
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
- General administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
- Contributing to the overall profitability and efficiency of the business
After your 3-6 month training period, you will progress to a vital role in the business. Your role and specialism will be determined by your own strengths - your career path is in your hands! There are opportunities to move into customer service, high-level administration roles and accounts, plus many more business areas.
What do you need?
