Your new role
In your new role, you'll receive expert APC training and work alongside three chartered surveyors to see projects through from start to completion. You will be a part of a collaborative working environment, with excellent support offered to you as you develop your expertise and provide professional advice on property and construction that spans across commercial and residential projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have relevant prior experience within the industry, with experience in using and applying CAD. You will be able to demonstrate a good level of commercial awareness, and experience with dilapidation and handling JCT contracts is preferable.
