Graduate Building Surveyor

Location- Cornwall

Salary- £20,000 + Benefits

Job Description

Our ambitious South West client is looking for a talented and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their successful team in the Cornwall area. The ideal candidate will need to be an enthusiastic and driven individual who is ready to commit their time to learn and develop as an all-rounded Building Surveyor and work alongside a successful Surveying team. Our client has a wealth of knowledge working with a number of private and corporate clients including The National Trust and the Duke of Somerset.

The role of Graduate Building Surveyor

Main Duties include:

  • Working alongside a Chartered Surveyor offering a supporting role
  • Inspecting sites
  • Advising on party wall matters
  • Undertaking housing surveys
  • Liaising with clients to understand project expectations

Experience

  • RICS accredited degree or equivalent qualification
  • Some work experience either in Surveying preferred but not required
  • Some work experience in any work capacity
  • Driven and committed individual
  • Ambitious in working towards APC
