£20,000 - £25,000 per annum + APC Program + Full Benefits Package

A fantastic new Graduate Building Surveyor opportunity has now arisen due to an incline in workload and expansion of their team at their Central Cambridge office.
Established for over 30 years now and considered a leader in offering comprehensive Building Surveying and Property Consultancy services, my client is looking for yet another Graduate Building Surveyor that will take advantage of their APC program, exploiting their Commercial based projects and working in a fast-paced yet professional working environment.
This Graduate Building Surveyor opportunity will see you gain experience of and further enhance your knowledge of Building Surveying, Residential House Surveys and Commercial Property Surveying, further developing in these following areas:
- Party Wall services
- Neighbourly issues
- Measured Surveying
- Technical Drawings / AutoCAD / Design work
To be considered for this Graduate Building Surveyor position, the ideal candidate will have the following:
- MUST have an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
- Up to 6 months experience of Building Surveying (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of the role / APC program
- Keen and enthusiastic to grow and work on a range of Commercial and Education sector projects
On offer for the successful Graduate Building Surveyor is a negotiable salary of up to £25,000 per annum, including a full benefits package, full support across the APC program and guidance and support from experienced Surveyors and Directors to help you develop your career in Building Surveying forwards!
