Graduate / Junior Business Intelligence Developer - SQL, SSRS - Leicester - Up to £25,000

The Role

My client, an award winning organisation based in the heart of Leicester are looking to grow their technology team with the addition of exceptional data professionals; key of which is the addition of a Junior BI Developer.

This role is a vital part of the development team and you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of data along with the production of reports. The organisation is always looking for new ways to interpret, present and use their data and you will be involved day to day in the full process of this.

We are happy to consider a 2017 graduate or someone who has 1-2 years industry experience. A degree Computer Science (2.1) or other related degree is highly advantageous along with exposure to SQL and BI Tools. Full training will be offered, as well as a mentoring program.


  • Creation of reports and reporting solutions
  • Creation of scripts to analyse data
  • Assist the creation and maintenance of Data Warehouse
  • Review project specifications for data projects
  • Provide additional support to IT team.
  • Be involved with the full agile development process.
  • Requirements (experience in the following is desired but not essential)


  • SQL Server (essential)
  • SSIS
  • SSRS
