A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a recent Graduate to join the Annuity team in this newly created Administrator role. This position would be ideal for someone who is very logical, methodical and detail focused. The role involves a lot of spreadsheet and systems work, both inputting data and running reports.
The Annuity Team is a vital part of the business as their outstanding service brings in a large amount of turnover with the renewal of ongoing service contracts. They are also an important support to bidding work and provide detail to go into proposals and invoices.
Importantly, this role will offer natural progression as the business grows. Working in this position will enable you to get a great understanding of Sales and the Consulting business, as well as interacting with Finance and the Service Support business, which could lend itself to a more diagonal progression into any one of these areas.
- Database Updates (Contracts, Adds, Moves and Changes)
- Assistance for Logistics
- Inventory Request Reports
- File Transfer Protocol (FTP) Server Software Updates
- Product Registration
- Assist in preparing Service Delivery Manager (SDM) Reports
- Back-up for File Lifecycle Manager (FLM)
- Back-up to prepare support quotes to customer base (Juniper, Cisco and any other Vendors)
The hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm. The annual salary is £20,000 and also comes with a great benefits package including 5% pension and private medical cover.
