A Graduate Administrator position has become available due to an internal promotion at a global Business Consultancy in their Online Solutions team. The company are very exciting and due to the nature of the business have ex-MI5 and ex-Police working there, covering business intelligence issues globally.
The Graduate Administrator role pays up to £26k depending on experience.
Business Support Coordinator includes:
-Implement and manage the setup of online products via the client administration system, Salesforce, subscription management system and liaison with strategic partners
-Maintain up-to-date records of Online Solutions clients and trials in the subscriptions area of CRM. Liaise with sub-regional offices for sales leads, invoices and sales declarations.
-Assist with the Online Solutions trial process, including coordinating request for trials from the web, internal account managers, and external leads in Europe and Africa
-Support account managers and business managers globally with Online Solutions queries.
Sales and Client Support (40%)
-Own and work collaboratively with the Global team to manage the subscriptions mailbox. Provide prompt (within 48 hours) and accurate responses to client queries (e.g. lost passwords, changes to users etc.)
Strategic Subscriptions Initiatives (20%)
-Provide internal and client support during the release of new subscription products and updates to ensure client service is seamless and that account managers are well informed of the changes.
