Graduate Administrator

Graduate Administrator. A Graduate Administrator is required to work for a progressive organisation with exceptional staff benefits and a fun and friendly office environment.

Your job as a Graduate Administrator will be to work within the administrative team, liaising with internal and external colleagues and clients, primarily using excel spreadsheets and email to accurately record and send communications, answering enquiries on services and calling clients to arrange payments. You will need a confident telephone manner and be professional speaking with clients and assisting them with their accounts. This is not a sales role.

Knowledge and Skills:
Methodical, thorough, accurate and numerate
Able to exercise own initiative.
Excellent PC skills
Software -
Microsoft Office Packages
Previous office administrative experience

This role is based in Callington and is commutable from Plymouth, Saltash, Liskeard, Tavistock and Launceston. You will need to have your own car and be flexible with the needs of the business.

In return:
Salary of £18,000 - £19,000. Permanent, full time.
