Graduate Administrator - Portsmouth

Grafton Banks Finance are currently supporting a Portsmouth based client to bring on an additional administrator to support their fast growing businesses needs. 

They are looking for a bright graduate who is keen to develop a career within administration and communication. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage phone calls
  • Keep up-to-date/create a database of staff and expenditure
  • Liaise with outside providers (accountant, travel agency etc)
  • Secure efficiency in the management of communication tools (e mails)
  • Assist colleagues (for ex. with proof reading articles)
  • Flight/hotel bookings
  • Delivery of documents/files to travelling and working personnel

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Degree Educated 
  • Have previous administrative experience
  • Knowledge of logistics
  • Strong IT skills
  • French speaking is desirable but not essential
