As part of the bespoke training that you’ll enjoy, you’ll obtain a firm grasp of the key features of the technology the business The Graduate Account Manager will educate both new and existing customers on the company’s portfolio of products, looking to up and cross sell services to them in order to obtain additional revenue. The successful candidate will proactively liaise with their customers over the phone and in person so as to ascertain where their needs lie.
Among other things, you will:
- Strategically upsell services to existing clients
- Connect with existing clients using LinkedIn, email and the telephone
- Communicate with key decisions makers to understand their growth challenges and how to solve them
- Attend client meetings and develop rapport with customers
