As a Graduate Academic Coach you will be allocated a core group of students that you will support and mentor on an individual and group basis, as well as assisting the Teacher in the day-to-day planning and delivery of a diverse and enriched curriculum. You will gain a fascinating insight into what it takes to be an outstanding teacher and gain more responsibility as your confidence grows.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least a 2:1 degree, preferably in a core subject, as well as a strong A Level academic background. Experience is not essential, however you will need to show commitment and drive to your own development and have a passion for education. If you do have experience working in an educational setting, along with a strong academic background, then you application is extremely welcomed.
