This forward thinking school, with a visionary leadership team, are looking to appoint a recent graduate to join their vibrant secondary school as an Academic Coach. They have a commitment towards raising aspirations and attainment of pupils throughout the whole school. You will be using your creativity to help teachers with the planning, preparation and delivery of their lessons and intervention sessions. Additionally, you will be working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis to deliver booster sessions, in order to work towards the school's main initiatives.

This is an exciting and varied, role will require you to work closely with other graduates in similar roles within this school. You will all be jointly responsible to take on an important cover rota, which will give you a second-to-none- experience in teaching and leading classes of students. This is fabulous opportunity for confident, enthusiastic and sparky graduates to hit the ground running and really make a difference.

Ideally, you will have a degree in a core subject with a minimum of a 2:1. We welcome applications from those who have significant experience working with children in an educational or social setting. You will need to demonstrate a passion to work in education and commitment towards improving self-esteem and achievement throughout the school.

This successful school is located in Central Birmingham and is easily accessed by most public transport links.
