A professional and exciting business based in Solihull is seeking Temporary Administrators to assist in their operations and customer service teams. This is an integral role within the business to really drive forward customer interaction, build upon business relationships and assist with ensuring all accounts and cases are progressing forward.

The role itself will involve making outbound calls to customers to ensure they have all the paperwork they need, assisting with any queries, updating the databases and compiling reports to track development. There may be elements of financial administration such as processing invoices and raising purchase order numbers. This is a varied, autonomous role which will require charisma, positivity and enthusiasm!

If you are an organised, switched-on and personable individual this may be the opportunity for you. This role could suit a graduate level candidate who is seeking to further their experience within an office environment and secure a foot-in-the-door of a reputable and well-established business. Ideally, you will have strong academics alongside an abundance of extra curricular activities!

This is a temporary on-going assignment with potential for longer-term progression
