As our Governance and Performance Manager you will have an exciting role in supporting our Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees to plan strategically for the future of Vibrance, always with our Values at the heart of all we do working especially closely with the Chief Executive and Chair.
You will also play a key role in presenting the 'face’ of Vibrance through our Front of House Team, our website and our Social Media outlets.
To be effective our Board and Senior Management Team require timely and accurate reports on e.g. complaints and compliments, accidents and incidents, new business and contracts and you will work alongside many colleagues to produce these.
Your role will involve leading a team to ensure key objectives are delivered, supporting service improvements and liaising with service users, families and the general public.
You’ll be an experienced manager who can motivate staff and support a 'can do’ culture. From time to time it may be necessary to work outside of normal hours e.g. to attend an evening meeting or oversee maintenance work at the office.

Salary: £27149, plus paid training, pension
