3-6 month contract

£18-21k + Inner London Weighting

Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:30pm

Office Angels London Bridge has a great new position for an Educational trust based close to London Bridge Station.

This role will require the successful candidate to support the Governance Manager with general admin duties to help run the Governance function effectively and smoothly.

This position will be offered as a fixed term 3-6 month contract so all candidates must be happy to commit to the full contract.

Interviews for the position will be held on Thursday 1st March.

Duties of the role:

  • Minute taking in meetings
  • Organise meetings
  • Upload papers on their in-house system
  • Ensure files are always up to date
  • Booking travel
  • General department support
  • Ad hoc duties

Requirements for the role:

  • Be immediately available
  • Happy to commit to a 3-6 month contract
  • Have minute taking experience
  • Knowledge of SharePoint - beneficial but not essential
  • Organised and pro active
  • Always willing to help
