A top ten global pharmaceutical company are looking to hire a Senior Programme Management Lead for an exciting 6 month contract. Sat within a newly formed function of this innovative pharma, the division has the objective of enabling improved business strategy, delivering simplification and cost reduction, improving service and providing a transformation engine for continuous improvement.
The right candidate will need to engage and work with PMOs across the business implementing a robust & streamlined project management methodology. Experience of shared service set ups is a must as this role will transform our client into a shared service model or business services model.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global transformation programs (including necessary portfolio management, resource management, risk management, quality management) within large pharma and experience in programme management across multiple work streams would be advantageous. As the role will also act as 'Chief of Staff' for the newly formed function, good operational & management skills are also sought after.
