My client, a boutique international law firm, is looking for an experienced Global Reward Manager to join the HR department on a permanent basis, in their busy London office.

The Global Reward Manager will cover a number of areas across the reward spectrum for the UK and international offices. Reporting directly into the Chief People Officer the key duties will include:

  • Develop the firm’s reward strategy
  • Lead annual salary review and bonus process
  • Completion of salary surveys
  • Advising senior managers to ensure pay decisions are consistent
  • Manage external providers
  • Manage the technology behind compensation and benefits delivery
  • Lead the firm’s wellbeing programme
  • Project work

The Global Reward Manager will be experienced and have a sound knowledge of compensation and risk benefits. They will be analytical and have excellent IT skills, specifically excel. They will have good research skills as well as fantastic communication both orally and in writing. The right candidate will be able to establish credibility and build relationships quickly. CIPD and degree qualification are desirable.
