That means crafting a more efficient business that makes the best possible use of all its resources, reimagines energy and reinvents who we are on our mission of net zero!Role SynopsisTo support the global growth of fleet businesses at bp, the Global Product and Offer Manager – TCO (Total Cost of Operations) brings strong passion for accountability, setting high standards, and driving results through constant focus on developing and improving TCO offers for fleet customers.As the Global Product and Offer Manager – TCO you will need to be able to think big to build a long-term plan and have outstanding tactical skills to drive day-to-day implementation. You will need learn quickly and be willing to experiment with new ideas.You will have ownership of key deliverables across bp businesses, tech teams, and other stakeholders to implement scalable solutions helping our fleet customers to minimize their TCO (defining customer requirements, articulating offers roadmap and steering its implementation). The Global Product and Offer Manager will use complex problem-solving skills, manage multiple high-visibility priorities, and maintain a keen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous situations.Key AccountabilitiesStrategy: holds the global TCO strategy for fleet managers across the bp Group.Representing fleet manager and fleet driver needsMonitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.Defining a vision for TCO productsAligning stakeholders around the vision for the productVisibility and coordination: provide transparent, integrated view of milestones and KPIs across TCO solutions, highlighting sequencing, dependencies, and cross-functional constraints to anticipate potential delivery volatility and change fatigue.Budget management: Track budget spend across TCO portfolio to ensure focus is on ‘Time to Value’ delivery and interdependencies do not result in duplication or gaps in budgeting processDefine and drive delivery of product(s) objectives –define project plans, run implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation, and communicationsPrioritizing product features and capabilities.Collaborate and build relationships with business owners globally to ensure product excellence Decide on Global Fleet TCO products and associated offersDecide on prioritisation and sequencing of Global Fleet TCO offersApprove target experiences for relevant digital productApprove service designs for existing and new experiences in line with target experiences for digital productEssential Experience and Job RequirementsStrong experience in product development, ideally TCO experienceStrong experience in project managementExperience working in agile teamsCustomer experience management – experience of value proposition development or journey mapping (service design or experience design)Positive relationship management and communication skills with a proven ability to work across businessProduct management / commercial acumen (focus on value creation)Product and offer developmentFlexible attitude with proven experience of steering multiple teamsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
