Global Process Owner
*Responsible for the effective day-to-day operation of the process at a global level across all functions providing advice and guidance, as required, to improve processes and the customer experience
*Work with key stakeholders to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers and establish effective relationships with same
*Define and agree SLA's with key stakeholders, including KPI's and managing performance against these metrics
*Review and maintain strong controls ensuring that all GDPR and other statutory requirements are adhered to
*Manage the provision of reporting both scheduled and ad-hoc information, ensuring the data provided is accurate with suitable commentary provided, where necessary
*Use data and information to drive process compliance, efficiency and work with the business to improve business acumen and understanding of results
*Create a positive work environment that fosters team and individual performance while enhancing accountability, to generate a complement pipeline of talented professionals
