Large, innovative business in Hampshire are looking for a Global Payroll Specialist - up to 70K

Your new role
Joining on a 12 month FTC, you will be responsible for reviewing and advising on the current Payroll procedure and recommending and implementing new processes. Taking full ownership of any improvements and advising on best practice. Working closely with the payroll provider and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of payroll

Strong transport links and parking on site

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrate your experience improving payroll processes
  • Implementation and transformation of a previous payroll procedure
  • Excellent communication - able to push back in an effective way
