Job Title: Global Digital Trade Marketing Lead - Content Creation
Location: London

Purpose of Role:
Own and manage the overall delivery of exciting trade shopper content for the new Global Trade Shopper Platform. Trade shopper will launch in 4 markets. The overall trade toolkit has been defined, the client have identified the content required and over the next 6 months and the content that needs to be delivered.

Top Accountabilities:

  1. Work with the brand agency to ensure the trade shopper platform brand identity is delivered by 8th Dec
  2. Ensure the global markets audit their content and identify the gaps and creation of briefs, get quotes and engage content agencies to create the content
  3. Working with our agency to create a Trade Shopper Toolkit usage guide
  4. Liaise with local customer marketing and brand teams
  5. Ensure all content is delivered on time and within budget
  6. Update overall global product owners delivery plan
  7. Lead content briefings with agencies, internal stakeholders and other vendor partners
  8. Working with head of CRM to define the comms and content strategy, needed to deliver customer marketing communications pre, during and post launch
  9. Working on post launch global content strategy and plan - an outline has been created
  10. Manage the budget and delivery plan and reporting into the overall project team
  11. Plan, execute, and measure tests
  12. Support on global content rollout and roadmap of trade shopper platform
  13. Support overall global digital commerce growth strategy
  14. Attend daily stand up meetings and Work Stream Lead meetings

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Skills required

  • 5+ years digital and marketing experience and delivery ideally B2B globally
  • Drinks or FMCG experience - Trade focused
  • Insight gathering and turning insight into actionable and tactical plans
  • Commercial experience with an understanding of B2B customers
  • Delivering brand assets
  • Briefing agencies and agency selection and management of budget and delivery plans
  • Delivery of social media assets for the shopper platform
  • Managing and optimising offline marketing campaigns - managing the agency
  • A/B content testing with the agency on the best creative to use in the toolkit
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in shopper marketing and measurement
