Our client, a Swiss-based company with a significant global presence, is currently looking for a Global Learning Solutions Lead to join their dynamic team in Budapest.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and coordinate the team of talented individuals who are responsible for curriculum/content management, analysis of ongoing training needs, management of enrolments and various learning projects (new builds and maintenance)
• Ensure global consistency of planning and communications across regions through the implementation of efficient and consistent processes
• Lead external vendor relationships and tailor external materials to meet internal needs
• Create and implement consistent standards for all key training and development initiatives (i.e. needs analysis, design, consistent content and evaluation, maintenance of training records, etc.) in order to ensure that the highest level of quality of training is delivered
• Oversee and/or conduct the development of tools and processes to evaluate and assess the delivery and effectiveness of solutions
• Build learning and development expertise within the organization, by managing best practices, tools and templates for all phases in the instructional design process for classroom and online solutions
• Determine appropriate learning vehicles and delivery channels to achieve desired performance
• Continuously identify and drive process improvement opportunities, scope new learning and delivery technologies to make recommendations around keeping delivery engaging and relevant
• Establish customized measurement strategies on targeted solutions, monitor evaluation data and stakeholder feedback to develop improvement plans where needed
• Model leadership behaviours in all interactions, ensuring credibility and partnership are established in support of L&D strategies

Requirements that make you the best candidate:

• University or College degree in Human Resources or related field
Fluency in English is a must
• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in regional/global learning related positions
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Broad knowledge and application of learning technologies
• Knowledge transfer/process transition experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Willing to travel frequently in the transition period
