Global Internal Communications Manager
A well-known global charity are looking for a temporary Global Internal Communications Manager to join their skilled communications team on a one month rolling contract. This is a tremendous opportunity to be temporarily involved in supporting and delivering an internal communications strategy on a global scale to inform and inspire stakeholders.
This job exists to:
- Support the Global Head of Internal Communications to deliver an internal communications strategy and help develop an internal communications framework to enhance engagement
- Create engaging content to reflect the organisation's voice through various communication channels including e-newsletters and the global intranet
- Establish positive relationships with notable influencers and internal stakeholders
- Design and develop content with stakeholders which enables business aims and needs
- Ensure any content changes are applied in smooth transition
- Respond to all correspondence sent to the internal communications inbox
- Contribute to a knowledge sharing and learning environment
Key skills:
- A degree or professional qualification in communications is highly desirable
- Charity industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Must possess competent CMS management experience
- Advanced MS Office suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Support stakeholders with the upgrade of SharePoint
- Marketing automation experience (Eloqua, Marketo, or Dotmailer would be highly desirable!)
- Yammer, MailChimp and Microsoft office 365 experience is additionally very desirable
