Working for a sophisticated tech solution with 100 staff across London, New York, and Europe, the Global CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager role involves building out a new CRM capability to engage, convert and optimise value from existing customers and also working across new acquisition activity across digital channels. The role reports to the CMO but will have significant exposure to the Exec team.
The Global CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager will:
-Meet or exceed monthly ROI targets through constant campaign improvement and multi-channel optimisation
-Build email campaigns using campaign tools, including data selection, with continuous evaluation and optimisation
-Manage agencies and suppliers on a day-to-day basis to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery against targets
-Deliver weekly reporting of campaign effectiveness against budgets and targets
-Identify, test and scale new opportunities for growth through a clear analysis of client behavior and engagement
-Work closely with colleagues across the business to refine customer targeting and segmentation and deliver insight into customer behavior
-Drive efficiency and productivity across all digital channels
Candidates for the Global CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager role should have:
-Good experience in a CRM, Lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, Email Marketing, digital marketing role or similar.
-Experience segmenting customer data and delivering targeted campaigns to different segments
-Experience working with and managing agencies and suppliers
-Experience of marketing automation
-Strong stakeholder management experience
-This role may suit someone stepping up from CRM Exec / Marketing Exec level or with experience agency side.
