The Role

Are you a nearly or newly qualified actuary looking to make a global impact? Join our market-leading IGS team and help multinational companies navigate the complexities of pensions and benefits across diverse cultural, regulatory, and business environments.


You’ll contribute to strategic decisions for global clients, collaborate with colleagues across borders, and deliver innovative solutions that improve employee benefit outcomes worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you’ll support and lead international actuarial and consulting projects. Your work will span strategic advisory, global coordination, and client engagement, with opportunities to grow your expertise and influence outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver global pension accounting consolidation projects under IFRS and/or US GAAP, including assumption setting, special event reporting, and disclosure preparation.
  • Coordinate diverse client teams to deliver advice on global and local employee benefit matters, including M&A, compliance, provider selection, and governance.
  • Manage multi-country projects such as global benchmarking, total rewards alignment, cost optimisation, and governance initiatives.
  • Champion the use of WTW technology to enhance client value.
  • Collaborate across functions and regions, contributing to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support business growth through intellectual capital development and new business generation.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualified or Part Qualified Actuary with experience preparing IFRS and/or US GAAP pension disclosures.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with direct stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • Awareness of cross-border consulting and multinational structures.
  • Adaptability and confidence in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to translate technical information into practical advice.
  • Excellent consulting skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Commitment to high-quality outcomes and attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach to client service and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and desire for continuous learning.
